Debbie graduated from Trent University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and has 30 years combined experience in the fields of audiology, cardiology and neurology. Debbie graduated from MacEwan University's Hearing Instrument Specialist Program with distinction in 2009. Thomas and Debbie founded Great Waterway Hearing in 2016.

Thomas graduated with distinction in 2010 from the Conestoga College Hearing Instrument Specialist program. Thomas completed his clinical internship in Kingston, Ontario before returning home to Brockville, Ontario to begin his career. He has 14 years of experience in the industry.
Janica Roberts
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Janica has 9 years of experience in hearing healthcare working in a variety of capacities from reception and client support to office management, to hearing aid maintenance and dispensing, as well as much in between. She discovered her love for the industry while working at a growing clinic in Alberta, before moving home to the Brockville area in 2018. That is when she joined the Great Waterway Hearing team and a year later began working towards her Hearing Instrument Specialist certification. Janica graduated with distinction from Grant MacEwan University’s Hearing Aid Practitioner program in 2021 and completed her mentorship at Great Waterway Hearing with the support of Tommy and Debbie. Janica is a certified Hearing Instrument Specialist registered with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario and is authorized to recommend and dispense hearing aids. She also has a diploma in Human Resources, a love for helping others and is excited to assist new and existing clients on their journey to better hearing in our Brockville and Smiths Falls locations.
